Chanel Gaither is the President and Founder of Minorities Achieving Collegiate Success (M.A.C.S). Chanel founded M.A.C.S in 2008 and has provided services to over 150 students. Chanel served as the Education Chair for the University of Virginia Alumni Association, Club of Delaware and currently serves as the Club President for the University of Virginia Alumni Association, Club of New Jersey.
Chanel has over a decade of experience in the college and career advising industry and has worked as a consultant in New Jersey, Delaware and and internationally. Chanel is a member of the Junior League of Montclair-Newark. In addition, she is a member of NACAC, NJACAC and Collegeboard.
